Requirements for NY state ​
Have a proper form of identification
A Notary cannot perform a notarization unless you present an acceptable form of identification. Make sure you bring one of the following to your appointment:

State-issued driver’s license 
- 
State-issued ID card 
- 
U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State 
- 
U.S. military ID 
- 
State, county, and local government IDs 
- 
Permanent resident card or “green card” issued by the U.S.

General Notarization fees are set by the New York Secretary of State. We are a mobile notary service provider. Along with the General Notarization fees, we also charge for travel fees. Our travel fees start at $40 and vary depending on the distance traveled. Our loan signing fees start at $100. Additional fees may apply for larger packages and other requirements.We accept cash, cashier’s checks, major credit cards, or money orders.
